Upgrade Details:

We recently installed the VIOFO A329S 2-channel dash cam on this GLS, and it’s a huge upgrade in both protection and day-to-day convenience. The A329S is loaded with smart features that make it one of the best-value dash cams on the market.

It records in 4K up front and 2K at the rear, so you’ll always have crystal-clear footage—whether you're out on the road or parked.

One of the standout features is the optional SSD input. You can plug in an external SSD for up to 2TB of storage—a massive boost over typical microSD cards. It’s perfect if you want to hang onto weeks of recordings without constantly deleting files.

While you’re driving, it’s constantly recording. And when the car’s off? It switches into parking mode. If there’s a bump or movement, the built-in G-sensor automatically locks that clip so it won’t get overwritten—super handy for hit-and-runs or parking mishaps.

The VIOFO app lets you connect to the dash cam wirelessly, so you can view and download videos right to your phone—no cables or SD card readers needed.

As always, we made sure the installation was clean and seamless, with all the wiring neatly hidden. The final result? A stealthy, factory-style finish that looks like it was there from day one.
