Upgrade Details

The customer wanted to keep the factory look of this super clean C63, but also wanted to add CarPlay, a reverse camera, and upgrade the sound system to make it louder and clearer at higher volumes.

We achieved this by installing an integration module that works with the factory screen and uses the original buttons to control the CarPlay system. This makes navigating through menus super easy and keeps everything feeling OEM. The AHD reverse camera, neatly installed in the latch, blends in perfectly and delivers a crisp, clear image—both day and night.

The Harman Kardon speakers sounded fine at low volume, but started to fall apart when turned up. So we swapped them out for ETON POW 16+ components up front, which fit with plenty of space. The tweeters clipped straight into the factory locations and instantly brought the front staging to life. We also replaced the rear speakers with Sony GS models, which are perfect for clean rear fill.

To give everything the power it needed, we added a Kicker Key amp, mounted near the factory Harman Kardon Amp in the rear passenger boot. It all stayed nicely hidden, and the extra power let the new speakers play louder and cleaner than the stock system ever could.
