Upgrade Details:

The original factory radio was a basic single-slot Alpine unit, so we upgraded it using an Aerpro facia kit to seamlessly fit a larger touchscreen head unit into the dash. This not only modernized the system but also allowed us to relocate all the factory buttons. In this particular install, the customer wanted to avoid cutting into the dash to move additional controls, so we filled the unused slots on the facia and relocated the hazard button to a discreet, custom-mounted plate beneath the dash. The result? A clean factory aesthetic with full functionality retained.

We also installed a reverse camera with an impressive wide-angle view, providing excellent visibility and clarity when reversing. For the audio upgrade, we replaced the front speakers, fitting them perfectly behind the factory grilles—no cutting required. These were paired with a Kicker HS10 under-seat subwoofer, delivering rich, deep bass far beyond what the factory 4-inch speakers could offer. To make bass adjustments effortless, we added a dedicated sub control, allowing the customer to tweak levels without diving into radio menus.

To round out the upgrade, we performed Stage 2 sound deadening, covering the floor (under trims), all four doors, and even the roof. We applied Biplast material on the door panels to minimize rattles and vibrations. This dramatically improved the vehicle’s interior acoustics and reduced road noise, resulting in a much quieter, more comfortable driving experience.
